Okay…on to the award.
Along with this award there are a few beauty questions to answer, so here goes…
1. What is your current beauty obsession?
I just gifted myself with Emi Jay hair ties. They are $6.50 for a pack of 3. If you haven’t indulged in something lately, this is what you should splurge on. They had me at Jennifer Aniston.
They’re adorable, great for your hair, and don’t leave a crease when in a pony. I got the leopard pack, but there are tons of other cute options and headbands too! Add a brooch for a little more pizazz. AND….wear them on your wrist and it doesn’t look tacky like a regular pony tail holder! Voila!
2. What is one beauty item you wished you owned?
I’ve been looking into this Personal Microderm Abrasion System. I saw a segment on Dr. Oz about one, and have been thinking about it ever since. I love going to my dermatologist or the spa and getting a facial and a silk peel/microdermabrasion treatment. My face is in dire need of one as we speak (er…you read).

3. What kind of posts are you favorite to read and
write?
I love OOTD posts! They are my favorite to write about and to read….that, and Friday Favorites! Lindsey at The Bargain Blonde has a great Friday Favorites link-up as well. I love hearing about new things out there and what products everyone is using!
4. What inspired you to become a blogger?

Well, really, I moved to Small Town, America and needed something to suffice my Target runs and shopping habits. So, I started a blog and began to find my niche in writing about fashion, rambling about our every day adventures and document everything through pictures! I really enjoy it, and didn’t realize what a WORLD there was out there! I’ve met some amazing people, and enjoy reading each and every one of your comments!
5. What color nail polish are you wearing right now?
I’m still rocking the patriotic nails. Time for a change!
