Happy weekend!! We recently took a little impromptu trip to Ruidoso, New Mexico last week and I wanted to share a few little snippets of our trip with the girls and our family! It was so nice to get away and head to the mountains, the weather was perfect and the company was, too! 🙂
I am trying to get used to this new vlogging camera that I got, but I’m really enjoying making these little home videos! Video is something you all have asked to see more of this year, so I’m going to try to do 3-4 vlogs a month depending on what we have going on! I am not going to lie, editing videos is a lot more lengthy than editing photos…so I’m going to try my best to keep this up if yall like it! And most of all, I like to have the memories for my family! I think it’s sweet to keep.
So Tuesday morning, Brett woke up and left for work! I was getting the girls ready for school and he calls to ask if we want to go to Ruidoso! I took the girls to school and came back home, packed the 4 of us and we jetted (well, flew) to Ruidoso that afternoon! For those of you that don’t know, Brett has had his pilot’s license for about 8 or 9 years now! He LOVES to hop in the airplane and go places – he is the spontaneous one! So in the plane we hopped and off we went to the mountains!
You can watch our little travel VLOG here! I have gotten some questions on what exactly a VLOG is – it’s basically a video diary. Basically like Instagram stories but doesn’t limit time and you can put together photos and videos with music, etc!
