I’m always looking for a way to get the good fat of coconut oil and the fiber of flaxseed into my diet, especially while nursing! These no-bakes are delish! It makes about 4 dozen and I just freeze them in a ziploc and get them out one at a time for a snack! I’ve already had 3 today, oops! 🙂 Oh, and expect some more milk mommas!
These are modified to be dairy-free, gluten-free and soy-free. You can substitute the almond milk with regular milk if you don’t prefer dairy-free, but you can’t even taste the difference! You can find everything you need to make these cookies below! Enjoy!
