I know what you’re thinking….floral is for spring, though? Not always! I’ve been loving floral this fall and incorporating it with booties and skinny jeans is the perfect way to transition your closet! I’m going to share all of the fall floral must haves along with a few tips for styling the ones you already have hanging in your closet!
You can’t beat a good $18 floral top, right? RIGHT! This one is from SheInside and while I know their items are inexpensive, the quality is about the same as you would pay for a $20+ shirt from Target or Forever 21. So what do you need to look for to find the perfect fall floral? A few things: fall color palette, weight/type of garment and the layering capability! This top would normally strike me as a spring/summer top since it’s off the shoulder, but the colors scream fall and it’s easily layered with skinny jeans and booties!

If you’re looking to use the florals you have in your closet, make sure that they are easily layered with a jacket or paired with booties to make the fall look complete! I love mixing colors from spring into fall, but make sure that it’s not spring, lightweight AND not easily layered if you want to pull it off for fall. I feel like you can always throw a cardigan or a moto jacket over a floral and pair it with jeans and boots for an easy fall look!
