Hi friends! We’ve almost made it to Friday, and you know that Fridays are my favorite around here! I want to take a minute to introduce you to my friend, Deleema, who will be sharing some Friday Fitness with us about once a month! She is my go-to for fitness inspiration and is the sweetest mama of two – so I wanted to share her with YALL!
Stay tuned for some fun collaborations and exciting things happening with fitness around here – since I’m asked about it often but don’t feel like I am a guru, I wanted to bring someone on to help everyone with it! She’s going to be helping me get my post-baby body back as well and sharing lots of encouragement and healthy lifestyle posts! I look forward to hearing what yall think, SO excited about this!!

HEY, Y’ALL! I’M Deleema.
I am a born Texan and raised Floridian, but made again Texan by falling in love. My little family resides in good ol’ West Texas. I love iced coffee, staying busy, making lists, praising Jesus, being a mommy to a sassy little girl and a little boy that is sweet as pie, affordable finds, and all things fitness.

I have always been in love with the idea of having a healthy lifestyle. I was that girl who ate whatever she wanted (give me all the queso), relied on cardio as her workout, and always wondered why she never saw real results… I mean… why couldn’t I eat Chik-fil-a on the regular if I was running every day, right (insert sarcasm)?!?
It wasn’t until after my husband and I lost our angel baby when I actually COMMITTED to a diet and lifestyle change. Our sudden experience opened my eyes and encouraged me to prepare my body to be the healthiest safe place for my future children. I immediately took the plunge and haven’t looked back. I am having the most fun working towards my post baby goal body!
My emotional and physical transformation has fueled my passion for creating a safe community for like- minded women who share the obsession of real food, active living and spiritual wellness.
Right now life is crazy and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I am currently trying to figure out this thing called BALANCE. Between working full time, having two little ones (2yrs and 4mo), fulfilling my passions in life, pouring into my marriage, and staying sane all at once… is that even possible?! It is often comical how little sleep I get and how much coffee I drink just to try and keep up with this season of life.
