- How far along?: 39 weeks
- Baby is the size of a: still a watermelon (according to What to Expect App)
- Total weight gain/loss: still +30
- The Bump: I think she’s beginning to drop a little
- Symptoms: cramps and some minor back pain…other than that, feeling great!
- Food Cravings: hot tamales
- Anything Making Me Queasy or Sick: not this week!
- Sleep: Been sleeping good…just constantly HOT!
- What I miss: nothing…I’m going to miss sweet girl’s wiggles and kicks!
- Weddings Rings On or Off: they have been off this week…swollen hands!
- Belly Button: in right now…she must be laying differently!
- Any Names Picked Out Yet: Laikyn Cree 🙂
- Gender: PINK PINK PINK!
- Movement: slower, more definite movements. I can usually tell what body part it is!
- Maternity Clothes: Still wearing both maternity and non-maternity
- Labor Signs: only dilated to 1 cm and not effaced. If we make it to Monday, we will do another sonogram to check her size and then set a date for induction/c-section
- Stretch Marks: None! Hopefully they don’t show up post-delivery!
- Best Moment of the Week: My parents came to stay so it was great to see them…then we have just been getting ready for baby girl’s debut! Hoping it’s sooner rather than later. One week until my due date!
- What I’m excited about/looking forward to: holding my baby girl in my arms and seeing what she looks like!!!!! I can’t imagine those first moments and can’t wait!!!!
Dr. will induce at 41 weeks if she isn’t here by then….so, 2 weeks at the MOST until we meet our precious baby girl!!! Can’t wait!
