This is just about the easiest recipe you’ll ever have for simple porkchops! If you’ve been following along on Instagram, I’ve shared what I’m making for dinner a couple of times and it’s always SO SIMPLE! I’m a busy mom and don’t have time for elaborate (or even more than 3 step) meals so I’m here to share this one with you today!
Here’s what you will need for the easiest pork chop recipe ever:
4 Boneless Porkchops
Olive Oil
Ms. Dash Seasoning
1-2 Potatoes, skinned and quartered
10-12 Brussel Sprouts, quartered
1/2 small onion, sliced
All you need to do is cover a shallow pan with foil, spray with non-stick spray and prepare the vegetables by cutting them into quarters. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season porkchops on both sides with Ms. Dash Original, salt and pepper. Arrange so that there is space for the vegetables to the side. Mix potatoes, brussels and onions and spread evenly on the rest of the pan. Drizzle with olive oil and then season with Italian Seasoning. Bake on 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. SUPER easy, right?
Let me know if you try it or any of my other really easy recipes! I’m all about simple, so share some of your favorites! I also want to find some good recipes in the Instant Pot! I have one and never use it! I am, however, loving my Air Fryer! Can’t wait to keep using that and hopefully share some really easy recipes there too!
Hope you all are having a great hump day! Let me know what’s for dinner in your house?!

We have all of these ingredients, so I think this is what we will be having for dinner tonight! Salsa chicken is a staple over here. Four chicken breasts and a jar of salsa in a crockpot, then shred and eat on tortillas or over rice. So easy and so delicious!
