The last week of school and Memorial Day weekend went by in a flash! Can’t believe I’ve already spent one of my Summer days off, at the lake and loving life.
Ahhhhh…I cannot tell you how much I love summer. I’m still in my PJs, just finished cup of coffee #3 and Live with Kelly started my day off right. I sure did choose the right profession. I’m positive of that (for the next 2 months). 🙂
The last week of school went by super fast. My kiddos and some of the teachers helped me move into my new room for next year. I am going to tackle organizing and decorating another day. Not today. Grad classes start June 4, so I am thinking I’ll start working then…for now, I’m off duty!
Kindergarten Graduation was Friday. I had some sweet little memories with these kiddos.
So we all graduated and then I rushed home to pack for Denver. We flew to Denver…2 hours, not bad! Hubbs got all of the luggage packed in the wings and off we went!
Saturday morning, we got up eaaarrrlllyyy to get ready for The Color Run. It was THE MOST FUN I’VE EVER HAD RUNNING. BY FAR. Such a blast! These were the sweet girls I ran with. Lindsay’s friends from pharmacy school at UC Denver.
Sunday Morning, we ate at Sam’s No. 3, the most delicious breakfast you’ll ever have. I’m serious….I had bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, french toast, pancakes AND biscuits and gravy. HOLY FOOD BABY.
Monday was Memorial Day and we loaded up the boat and our friends and headed to Lake Alan Henry. Fun times were had….skiing was good…lake wasn’t too cold! But for the most part, FUN times were had.
