Summer weddings are quickly approaching and I’m always scrambling my closet for what to wear! Never fails, an hour before we have to leave; I throw my hands in the air and claim I have nothing to wear! We all know this is not the case but I sure feel like that when I’m trying to get ready! I recently traveled to North Carolina and stayed at the Duke Mansion! This place would be the perfect for weddings, in fact they were even setting one up when I left! I could picture a perfect Southern wedding there, and I know that this dress would be perfect for attending the event. I’m 110% obsessed with this dress and feel like everyone needs it because it’s so fun!
You probably know by now that I’m obsessed with two things in fashion: stripes and bows…so combine the two and I have my perfect dress! I put it on and seriously told my husband I wasn’t taking it off! I love it almost as much as my wedding dress. Don’t mind me if I’m over here sleeping in my dress because it’s just too cute to take off! 😉
I love that this dress comes in petite because it’s seriously so hard to find dresses to fit under 5’3″ frames! Midi dresses have never been a favorite of mine because of my shorter stature, so I was so excited to find this one in petite! I know that it would even work for you taller gals because of the length, so don’t freak out when you see that it’s petite!

How gorgeous is the Duke Mansion? I can’t wait to share more about this trip; the grounds at the mansion were incredible and it was so amazing to be there! I just think I’m going to convince someone that is having a wedding there to invite me!
