I thought what better day to do a post on Summer essentials than the national summer kick-off day, Memorial Day Weekend! We spent the weekend in Denver, and soaked it in. It was fabulous.
I am so excited to get this summer season kicked off. I foresee many, many lake days, river days, pool days, etc. in my near future. I am sure that all of you guys will be doing the same, so I put a little of my favorite summer things together for you.
I am a HUGE advocate for skin, so remember, to sunscreen your lovely little faces, bodies and legs. I had a scare with Melanoma In Situ in my early twenties and will never leave home without sunscreen again. DO IT. There are some great ones out there.

**side note** The ItWorks Skinny Wraps actually work! I was so skeptical at first, but thought I needed a little tightening before the bachelorette bash at the river. I gave it a try, left them on for 2 hours and lost a total of 1.5 inches. I think if you have more to lose, you will lose more. I was proud to lose some toxins and water weight before I had to step foot in that itsy bitsy!
**side note** EOS LipBalm is THE BEST. My MIL and SIL went straight to Target to get some after using mine all weekend. The main ingredient that sold me was the coconut oil. Dr. Oz says that coconut oil is what you need to look for in a lip balm that won’t dry out your lips. This stuff is YUMMY and perfect for summer!
