I am so excited to share this post! If you know me at all, you know I’m a bit of a stroller hoarder. I feel like I always have to try the newest and hottest things on the market to share with you all what is worth investing in as a mom! I am sharing the Maxi-Cosi Lila stroller today, and believe me, it’s not one you’re going to forget!
The Lila is more than meets the eye! The design is SO gorgeous, but more than that, this stroller is extremely functional and definitely worth taking a look at if you are in need of a new stroller!
This is one of the only strollers on the market that is fully functional for a newborn! Most strollers are ages 6 months+, so I was thrilled that this one works for Brexton already! It has a VERY comfortable newborn to 3 month ShapeOfYou newborn inlay which was made especially for Lila, that keeps them snug where they are safe and comfy! The memory foam inlay fits snugly around their body making them feel more secure and the cushion at the legs keeps them in a natural position. Another great part? The position of the baby in the Lila helps reduce reflux! Brexton has had reflux since birth and this is definitely a game changer when it comes to strolling! The shaped cavity reduces pressure under the head, helping to prevent flat-head syndrome.
My first thoughts on the Lila when putting it together is that it is just so sleek. The design is gorgeous, but the functionality is better than any other stroller we’ve had. In that, you aren’t sacrificing the look of a high-quality stroller for functionality! The best news for any mom! The seat can convert from carriage mode to parent-facing or front-facing with a simple touch of a button. Lila’s adjustable handlebar makes it easy for a short mama like me to adjust and maneuver, but then for my husband, he can pull up the handlebar higher for comfort. I love the vegan leather handlebar! So sleek!

Once Brexton outgrows the newborn insert, he will comfortably fit in the cushion which is reversible for seasons! One of my favorite features is that the Lila has integrated mesh privacy shade which gives him protection from the sun and even pesky mosquitoes in the summer!
Hands down my VERY favorite feature of the stroller – when Brexton needs a nap, with the click of a button and using only one hand, you can turn the stroller seat into a carriage bassinet. This is a game changer when you’re out and about with a sleeping baby! *Mom Hack – when at the mall or running errands, I actually lay the stroller back all of the way, put him on top of changing pad and change diapers in the stroller rather than the nasty bathroom changing tables! Keeps the germs away and it’s MUCH more comfortable for baby!*
We are absolutely loving the Maxi Cosi Lila! I wish I would have had this same design with the girls, but am so thankful that I have it for little man! Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, the stroller has double stroller capabilities! Just add a second stroller seat with the click of a few add-ons and voila!! I also want to add that the Lila comes in the box with all of the accessories that you need, no extra costs when purchasing!
