I’m a firm believer of mixing inexpensive, trendy items with more expensive designer things to make a closet whole. I love buying things from Target, Forever 21, H&M, Tobi and other places that I can get a bargain…but sometimes my inner shopaholic longs for a little more. Enter [designer] splurging.
On a Kindergarten teacher’s salary combined with a husband who thinks I don’t need any of these things (and he’s right…) I hardly ever splurge on designer things. Usually, my sweet momma or sweet mother in law splurge for me or I save my money and wait until a big event like a birthday to buy myself something of the sort.
With the exception of wedding splurging, I haven’t done this in a while and I think it might be time to set my savings on one of these little lovelies!

I hear ya! I love me some bargains. You know my obsession with F21, but I agree…you just have to splurge sometimes…and what better way to do that than with a little TB! Love all those bracelets!!

I'm the same way! I'm a bargain girl and probably 75-85% of my wardrobe is made up of things from Target (which I always get on clearance), H&M and F21 with a few designer things mixed in! I tend to splurge on purses, jewelry and jeans 🙂 However, I always tell people that it's an investment…and it's so true!! My last splurge was a Henri Bendel purse..but purses (and jeans and jewelry) I feel are worth it because you will wear them/carry them over and over again! Even though the Hobo is the most expensive here, I would probably go for that because I know I would carry it for a while and it would become a staple and could justify the amount 😉 (the belt..not so much…I would never ever spend that for a belt!!) 🙂

I love Tory Burch stuff. But I honestly find it a bit ridiculous that a belt is $165. I just couldn't do it. REALLY cute stuff, though. Here's to hoping your family reads this! 😉
