It’s officially been 3 weeks since starting a new mentality around my eating and exercise! I’ve been eating fairly clean while nursing Brexton, because I have to, but have hated it every step of the way…until now.
I was recently introduced to Faster Way to Fat Loss and immediately said NO. I said NO to multiple people, actually. I already felt restricted and deprived and DID not want to add anything else to my diet to make it harder to eat, much less LOSE my nursing supply. My worst nightmare. After doing some research and seeing one of my friends who is actually nursing doing the program, I decided to give it a go.
3 weeks ago, February 18th, I began to learn about the program and actually learn what a macro was. I had no idea!! In fact, I have been eating wrong my whole entire life! Even when I thought I was eating healthy, I was depriving myself of the healthy carbs and fats (that we all think we shouldn’t be eating) and giving myself way too much protein. I have been learning about my body, intermittent fasting, carb cycling and counting macros. Never in a million years did I think I would actually enjoy this!
3 weeks later, I haven’t lost a single pound…but I FEEL better. I feel like I have more energy and I feel like I am not deprived of the foods I want! I am actually eating MORE on this program and have MORE milk, if you can believe that! Crazy.
Just wanted to update yall, 3 weeks in, since I know several of you were/are on the fence about the program and some of you started the program with me or in the next rounds! I would love to hear how yall are feeling and if you were as surprised about how you feel on it as I am! I am modifying the program to meet my personal needs for nursing, and always check with a dr before starting a regimen.

*I have modified the diet and have worked out very little. I hope to do more of that in the coming rounds, but I definitely feel way less bloated and have lost inches in my stomach area just by changing the times of when I eat and the portions of each type of food! Crazy!!*
