So then you just paint on the chalkboard paint with a foam brush! Those are easiest to just throw away and not have to wash out. Also, it doesn’t leave stroke marks like a bristle brush would! The chalkboard spray paint would be another option!
I painted 3 coats of the paint (don’t worry, it looks blue but dried black) and let it dry in the sun. Then it was super easy to attach two handles on each side using a power drill.
That’s it! You’re done!
For the cheese tray, I added Mozzarella, Brie, Pepperjack, White Cheddar, Lindsay Olives, Chile Lemon Peanuts, Crackers and Salami! And of course wine…always add wine!
Lindsay Olives are so fresh and were a perfect addition to this snack tray! You can even get $1 off by using this coupon or you can get 25% off by using the code GAMEDAY.
To find a store that carries Lindsay Olives, just click here! I got mine at Walgreens!
I hope you enjoyed this easy DIY tutorial! I think it would be a perfect gift for anyone, also! What will you be making for GAMEDAY!?! I’m thinking Bloody Mary’s with some Lindsay Olives might be in order!
