We had a great Easter weekend! We went to visit my 83 year old grandma, Jeannie, in Scottsdale with my parents. Scottsdale is a beautiful place, and it was so good to see Jeannie- we hadn’t seen her since the wedding in June.

So, we spent our weekend doing all of the things Jeannie likes to do when we are there-shopping, eating out and driving around. It was a great weekend, full of many blessings! The biggest blessing of all, of course, is Jesus dying for our sins and raising from the tomb to live again, forever more! We celebrated Jesus and all of Jesus’ blessings in our family this weekend….I couldn’t feel more blessed!

Brett & I flew home last night, and I’m enjoying a day off today. We must have brought the Scottsdale weather home to Seminole-it’s gorgeous today..I plan on going for a nice long run (I ate HORRIBLE in Scottsdale), finishing up the laundry & catching up on my reading.
