As a mom of three sweet kiddos, I needed this reminder to be the healthiest version of myself for my family! Health starts at home and a healthy heart is important!

It’s important for us to change our mindset and remember that we need to be active to be healthy.

Heart health is something that isn’t talked about often enough, but about 80% of cardiovascular diseases can be prevented if aware. Stage stores are sharing some smart-heart tips throughout this month to help us remember some healthy ways to be active, take care of ourselves and give back.
From now until April 30th, you can donate to American Heart Association in store to get 40% off good throughout the store. Every Monday, you can mention the code “heart” when checking out to get an additional $5 off! You can visit Bealls, Goody’s, Palais Royal, Peebles and Stage for these deals.
If you aren’t able to go into store, you can always donate online. During the month of April for every #BringHeartHome photo shared as a post on either Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag, Stage will donate $1 to support AHA! What are you waiting for? Grab your kiddo, have them create a cute little heart craft or just make a heart with your hands and snap a pic to post to support!
