1. Spending time with this little angel ::
Meet Greleigh Somer, she is the sweet angel of our dear friends, Matt and Bailey. She is almost 2 weeks old now and is already sleeping through the night. Yeah, I bet you’re jealous. I mean, I’m jealous and we don’t even have a baby. You know what else? Bailey totally rocks…she let me hold & feed Greleigh, change her diaper and stare at her sweet baby eyes for hours and didn’t think twice. Yep, that’s a true friend (and one SUPER AUNT!!)
But really, she is a precious sweet girl and I’m so happy she is here! The photo above was taken by Bonnie at Bon Bon’s Photography. She’s pretty awesome, so you better go check her out, pronto!

3. Little Weekend Getaway ::
The hubs and I are headed to the Big D (and I DO mean Dallas) this weekend for a quick little getaway. Recently, I’m beginning to think that staying home would be more of a vacay than jetting away to all of these different places every weekend…but then I remember that I’m pretty darn lucky. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I sure hope Ozona brunch, complete with the self-serve bloody mary bar of course, will be included. I’ve been craving some Migas. PW has a recipe for Migas that I’m dying to try, bt-dubbs. And P.S. I still want to be Pioneer Woman when I grow up.
