Weekend Update

I can’t believe the weekend is already over and another week is upon us! This week, we leave July and head into August! Where did my summer break go? I’m sad that summer is ending, but I’m getting excited for the new year! And, I’m most excited to leave for Riviera Maya in 2 days!!!! Summer 2012-going out with a BANG!

Thursday & Friday, my sister and the kids came down! We had a great time & I am so happy to see them so often now!

Friday, we went to Lubbock for one of B’s childhood friends’ weddings! We had rehearsal dinner Friday night at McPherson Cellars. It was such a cute little venue for a rehearsal dinner and the wine was AH-MAZING.

Taylor’s gift to his groomsmen/ushers were monogramed backpack coolers. They were a hit!

Then Saturday was the wedding! We ran some errands, had lunch at Rosa’s and then went to the wedding and reception. It was a beautiful and sophisticated wedding at Lakeridge Methodist Church and such a fun reception at Lakeridge Country Club! The food was great, the drinks were great and great times were had! We were so happy to be a part of Taylor & Ashley’s gorgeous day!
