I am so late doing this 7 month post for Tucker…and I’m going to tell you why.
Well, when I started this idea of keeping up with his weight via the tracking chalkboard (adorable idea, right)? well….FAIL. Fail because at 7 months he is officially TOO BIG to pick up and weigh. And have you ever had to get a 125lbs+ Great Dane onto a teeny tiny scale? NOT happening!
So…we took Tucker to the gin (my husband runs a cotton gin) and put him on the truck scale. So…this month’s weight is totally estimated. As will be next months….and the next…until he goes to the vet for his 12 month check up and shots!
But the good news is: my very handy and sweet hubby made me a new, bigger chalkboard! I was having a hard time finding the right size of a painting or picture, so he just got the wood and crown moulding and made me one! So thankful that he is handy and can make me things I want!
Oh my! He is such a cutie. Just love his giant feet!!!
He is ginormous. I can't believe he's already at 125 lbs!! Goodness!!! He looks so stinking sweet though! And I love the chalkboard….aren't they fun!?
