I’m always looking for a way to get the good fat of coconut oil and the fiber of flaxseed into my diet! These no-bakes are delish! It makes about 4 dozen and I just freeze them in a ziploc and get them out one at a time for a snack! I’ve already had 3 today, oops! 🙂 oh, and expect some more milk mommas!

Mix oats, brewers yeast, flaxseed and walnuts in large bowl, set aside.
Mix first 4 ingredients in a pot and bring to rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute (set a time, I forgot!)
Add peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well and add immediately to dry mixture. Mix all together immediately and spoon onto wax paper.
Let cool in refrigerator for at least an hour. Freeze or leave in refrigerator to keep cool or leave out if you like them soft.
