I’m on month 4 (well really almost 5) of my dairy, gluten and soy free diet for little miss. I cut all of the allergens out while I was pregnant at 35 weeks, so they had time to leave my system before her arrival. She arrived early at 37.5 weeks, so some of the allergens were still in my body. Lennyn’s diaper was tested at her 1 week appointment and sure enough, it was positive for intolerances. I just continued with my diet for her and she’s been great! Thank God I went through this before with LC, so this time hasn’t been quite as rough as the last. Although, I’m about ready for a PSL. And bread. And pasta. And some Weinersnitzel chili cheese fries. Basically, I’m just asking to get fat!
FLYJOY | Review
While doing this diet, I am always looking for things to snack on that I can actually eat. There are so many wonderful and healthy, unprocessed snacks on the market now and I’m so thankful for that. FLYJOY is one of the newest snack bars that I’ve found, and they are just as yummy as they sound.
These quinoa (keen-wah for those of you who had no idea what it was, like I did) bars are packed with superfood ingredients, chia, fruits and nuts. They’re satisfying while providing protein, fiber, and omega 3s.
FLYJOY comes in 6 different flavors: coconut, cranberry, blueberry, cherry, cashew cookie dough and peanut.
All bars are certified gluten-free, as well as free of major allergens such as dairy, soy and corn. They’re GMO free, kosher certified and vegan while tasting great with all natural ingredients. Thank goodness for things we can pronounce on the label.
Snack on a FLYJOY on the go, have it with your coffee in the morning, or for a snack throughout the day. Anyway you have it, it’s good for you while making those taste buds happy!
