Hi friends! I hope you are all hanging in there and staying home and staying healthy with your families. While these times are tough and challenging, I know we will all get through this and life will return back to normal again. Until then we are trying to make the best of being home as a family.
My original plan was to share with yall some spring break outfit ideas. Like many people, we had some fun spring break plans but we had to cancel. So, instead, we are having a “staycation”! The weather is starting to warm up in West Texas and it will even hit 90 degrees this week! So while we are home for the foreseeable future, we are having fun swimming in our pool, playing games, and enjoying time outdoors as a family!
With spring break on our mind and the upcoming warmer months, I did a huge shopping haul from Nordstrom! Yall know my love the Nordstrom! They have the best clothing, shoes, and accessory options for the entire family! They even have some cute games to keep the kids busy! This unicorn bowling set looks so fun for the girls to play outside and we would all love to make tie dye shirts with this tie dye kit! A fun addition to our new home is our outdoor pool! I am so happy we put one in to enjoy while being home with the kids! I snagged some new swimsuits, shoes, and outfits for the kids! The girls even got to pick out their own sunglasses which they were so excited about! Laikyn loved this ruffle tie dye swimsuit, while Lenny’s mermaid style one piece certainly fits her personality. I got this two pieces swim set for Brexton that includes a long sleeve rash guard for some extra sun protection! I also picked up a new pair of native shoes for the kids. I love these for the warmer months. Nordstrom has such a great selection too!
Even though we are missing out on traveling for spring break this year, I am happy we can spend the next few weeks at home with the family and enjoy our little backyard staycation!
