I have been waiting for this for it seems like FOREVER now! It has been months in planning, months in the making and several weeks of decorating to finally reveal to you my SHE SHED! When I set my sights on creating a she shed, I had NO idea how long it would take, and even more importantly the pressure of making my first office perfect!

LOTS of planning, searching, and scouring the internet went into my she shed and I couldn’t be more proud and happy that it’s finally finished and ready to reveal!!
Without further adieu…
THE LITTLE LOVELIES SHE SHED REVEAL
I have brought all of my readers along for the process through my Instagram Stories and the first look at my built she shed. I will be doing a FAQ post after this one to answer all of your questions, but first: What exactly is a she shed? You’ve heard of the man cave….we’ll it is exactly that, but for WOMEN.
A she shed is basically whatever you want it to be! For me, I wanted to create a space for my office since I didn’t have any space left in my house for a room for me! I couldn’t have ever imagined it to turn out the way it did! It was in my dreams and it turned out even better than what I imagined! We used a local custom builder that I talked about in this post, but there are several plans and options that you can find online! She Sheds can be anything from offices to sewing nooks and I’ve even seen women use them as scrapbooking rooms! I hope this is a trend that catches on because every woman needs a she shed in their lives!
When designing my she shed, I knew I wanted something clean and white. I started with the white shiplap that I had dreamed of for months and built from there. I also knew that I wanted gold and marble accents, with blush and then also fell in love with this emerald green ottoman. I am obsessed with how it all came together and now it’s just so exciting to go out there to work!
I am so thankful for Joss and Main sponsoring the interior, because I love just about everything on their website! I called in the help of Lindsay from Eighth and Oxford to help with the design and she did an amazing job! I highly recommend for anyone that isn’t comfortable making decisions regarding a room in their home to call on her for help! She works remotely and does everything via text, email, phone call and FaceTime. I 100% could not have done this without her!
I have sourced everything in the links below! Please let me know if you see something that I left out on accident!
