Happy Hump Day! Don’t you wish you were on the beach today? Or maybe you are spending your spring break with sand between your toes!? I went to Florida last week and it was so nice to just get away and enjoy the different scenery! Today I’m sharing all about the best vacation resort wear that is all under $100! I wore some of these things on vacation last week, and I’m so glad I was able to get some pictures of it so you can see how it fits!
swimsuit top // swimsuit bottoms // sunglasses (similar – lense color slightly differs) // cover up dress
necklace // earrings (similar) // sandals (similar) // straw pom clutch
I was instantly drawn to this swimsuit because of the fun mesh detail! I love that it comes in black and white, but I chose the white since I have a plethora of black swimsuits already! 😉 I went with my true size on both, wearing size small and I would say that it fits true to size. I love the high waist bottoms because as a mom you need a little more coverage back there if ya know what I mean! The top also comes in small through D cup, and I believe this swimsuit is made in plus size as well. I think it’s a great option for everyone!
The weather wasn’t exactly all sunny and perfect while we were there! The day that we took these photos at Hilton Sandestin, it was actually warm and sunny! I was so surprised at how windy it was there though! Either way, it was gorgeous and I was so happy to go! I am already planning my next beach vacay!
These sunglasses are under $20! I couldn’t believe the price! They are a great pair to just throw in your beach bag and not have to worry about scratching them or losing them! I love the white frames, too! Personally, I wouldn’t ever splurge on a pair of white sunglasses since they are so trendy, so these $14 ones are perfect!
I grabbed this grey striped cover up before leaving and I’m so glad I did! I think it’s the perfect way to transition from beach to dinner time by just throwing on one added thing! It is a little sheer, so I would definitely wear it as a swimsuit coverup or wear a slip under it if you want to wear it as a dress. It comes in several color options! My straw bag was probably a favorite of all the things I took with me to the resort. It’s under $30 and surprisingly holds so much! I love the pom pom detail so much, and it’s a great neutral to accessorize any outfit you bring on your vacation!
When getting ready for a vacation, I always shop at Nordstrom! They’ve actually done all of the work rounding up some really great things at the Vacation Destination tab! I am always able to find exactly what I need and count on them to ship on time to ensure I have my items before leaving! I am 350 miles away from Nordstrom and actually was shipped a swimsuit before this trip that still had the sensor on it by accident. I called them and they shipped me a new one overnight to the hotel so I would have it on my vacation! Nordstrom’s customer service is by far the best around! I can always find what I need quickly, ship it quickly and receive it straight to my front door before leaving! If you are local to Nordstrom, you can always order online and pick up in store. They even have curbside pick up for you mamas that don’t want to get sleeping babies out of the car to go into the mall! Best.Invention.Ever.
So if you’re headed on a beach vacation or are going to a resort soon, I hope this post helps you decide what to take!
