We recently took a little trip to Canyon to visit my family, and spent some time doing some fun Halloween activities! The weather was absolutely perfect, so we headed to the Amarillo Zoo for the 2015 Boo at the Zoo. It was precious seeing all of the little people dressed in their costumes all playing games and getting candy.
We hadn’t planned to go, so I didn’t bring the girls’ costumes which meant we took Laikyn to Target for a last minute costume find. She ended up wanting the panda, which I thought was adorable so it worked! I grabbed Lennyn this adorable little bear jumper so she would be warm after the sun went down. My niece, Brynlee, ended up finding an adorable little (big girl) panda outfit too so they all matched. #swoon
Laikyn loved playing the games and picking a prize for each game. She also really loved getting to see the live animals! This was her first time to the zoo.
She loved the lions and monkeys the best! She is a little monkey…
Lennyn clearly was thrilled with it all…she slept the whole time. I was so thankful to have this Bundle Me Up set from JJ Cole Collections with us to keep LK warm. She spent the majority of time in her stroller, so I was glad that we had it on the stroller to keep her warm and cozy while we rolled her around following big sister.
The BundleMe collection from JJ Cole is so super soft and warm. The one that we have is the Urban Ice grey one and it’s so perfect for a boy or a girl.
I am going to keep this in my car for future cold days, and can’t wait to take the girls on chilly fall morning walks with this Bundle Me to keep her warm. You can purchase the JJ Cole BundleMe HERE. Head to the JJ Cole Collections website at https://jjcolecollections.com to find more goodies for your little one!
We ended the night with a little Hello Kitty face painting and to eat at one of my Amarillo favorites, Blue Sky. It was a perfect fall family fun night!
