Do you wear SPF everyday or only on the days that you’ll be outdoors? Do you only keep your sunscreens on hand when it’s summer time? I wear SPF daily, and even multiple times a day even when my body doesn’t see the sunlight. I have found ways to incorporate into my everyday routine with many of my favorite products being from Supergoop!
