It’s holiday season and we’re all searching for the perfect outfits for parties, gift exchanges, and holiday shopping! It’s time for a little sparkle and glam, so I’m sharing two of my favorite sequin holiday looks from Express!

Sequins can be so intimidating, but the holiday season is the right time to try them if you’ve been wanting to! I am personally a sequin-lover, but I know lots of women who really feel like they can’t wear anything with sequins! I am here to tell you, YOU CAN DO IT!
I’ve been shopping for weeks leading up to this post trying to find the perfect holiday looks for you girls. I love a good sequin, and when I was shopping I ended up falling in love with two different outfits so of course, I wanted to share them both.
The first look is perfect for a holiday party or event! I love a good shift dress, and add the sequins to make it even more fun! It’s perfect paired with over the knee boots (which also give your legs some warmth if it’s cold). You can definitely pair this with a heel if you want a dressier look, too. I threw on a faux fur stole to give it some dimension. I love to mix textures, and the faux fur gives the sequin dress a grown-up feel. I love the dress even by itself. It’s just a really great dress!
Sizing Info: The dress runs true to size. I am 5’3” and wearing a size XS.
The next look is for you girls that don’t love wearing dresses! A sequin legging is absolutely one of my favorite holiday looks! You may remember my NYE look from last year that was sequin leggings paired with a sweater, so it was my inspiration for this look! I am obsessed with this cozy and soft sweater. It comes in several colors, but the black undertones really complement the black sequin leggings.
Who doesn’t love a high-waist legging that allows you to eat all you want at those holiday dinners? Sign me up! These are surprisingly comfortable! I threw on my favorite pair of booties with this, but you could wear a pair of heels to dress it up even more. I also love this cami and this blazer for a different look with the sequin leggings.
Sizing Info: I grabbed size small in these leggings. I would say they run TTS, but if in between size up. I could wear either size, but felt more comfortable with the size small. I’m wearing a XS in the sweater; it runs TTS.
Express was always my go-to in college for “going out clothes” and then when I started teaching it was my go-to for “teacher pants!” Now, as a mom – it’s my go-to for comfortable sweaters and outfits that I can wear in any circumstance!
